I actually know a girl who’s mom works in some voting place in Russia . I don’t know what she exactly does but something about votes .
So she told that there was a call from Kremlin that they must have 80 % votes in favor of Medvedev .
Votes are one of the biggest joke and scum of century .
What a joke . Same here in USA .
